Content published on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and translations, is the property of GnawaWorld or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Note: You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish articles, guides, or translations without explicit written permission from GnawaWorld.
3. The Bazaar and Third-Party Products
The Bazaar section contains links to products sold by third-party sellers (such as Etsy or Amazon). These sellers handle their own pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service.
- • GnawaWorld does not sell, ship, or process returns for third-party products.
- • GnawaWorld is responsible for the accuracy of its own descriptions and editorial content about these products.
- • For order issues with a third-party product, contact the seller directly through their platform.

4. Digital Products
GnawaWorld sells digital products such as the Gnawa guide. These are delivered electronically after purchase.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a broken link or corrupted file), contact contact@gnawaworld.com and the issue will be resolved.
For questions about refunds or returns on digital products, contact the same address. Each case will be reviewed individually.
5. Voluntary Contributions
GnawaWorld accepts voluntary financial contributions through Ko-fi. Contributions go toward general project operating costs (research, photography, translation, hosting).
Contributions are voluntary and do not grant tax deductions, ownership, or contractual rights. For refund inquiries related to a contribution, contact contact@gnawaworld.com.

6. User Conduct
When using GnawaWorld, you agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability
The information provided on GnawaWorld regarding rituals, history, and cultural practices is for educational and informational purposes only. GnawaWorld is not liable for any misinterpretation or misuse of the cultural practices described. For third-party products linked from The Bazaar, liability rests with the respective seller.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Photographs of artists and cultural events displayed on GnawaWorld are used with the intent to celebrate and document Gnawa heritage.
